The center meets the special needs of subacute and skilled level patients with physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, and medical nutritional therapies, combined with 24-hour nursing care. Whether provided for several weeks or several months, our physician-directed subacute and skilled health care services are designed to complement a hospital stay or, in many cases, be a substitute for hospitalization.

Traditional Care:

The Center provides consistent nursing care to traditional care patients for support in their daily activities. Through our care, which can range from several months to a year, these patients are able to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of function.

Rehabilitation Services:

The Center's comprehensive rehabilitation services round out our spectrum of care. These services are provided by licensed professionals.

PHYSICAL THERAPY helps patients regain their strength and mobility, manage pain or adapt to a permanent disability. Our Physical Therapist have their doctorate in Physical Therapy.

SPEECH THERAPY helps patients overcome communication conditions such a aphasia (difficulty in speaking), swallowing difficulties and voice disorders. Our center is Vital Stim Therapy certified. Vital Stim is a therapy that helps patients regain the ability to swallow foods.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY helps patients regain as much independence as possible with visual perception training, upper extremity strengthening and coordination, and self-care skills. Our center provides Low Vision Therapy which helps retrain and strengthen vision affected by a stroke, Alzheimer's or other debilitating conditions.

RESPIRATORY THERAPY assists patients with breathing difficulties to reduce fatigue and increase tolerance in performing daily activities.

MEDICAL NUTRITION THERAPY promotes a better diet and a healthier lifestyle with personal counseling and nutrition guidance.

Other Therapy Services: Electrical Stimulation, Ultra-sound, Warm Paraffin Therapy, and on-site Orthodic & Prosthetic fitting and training.
